Essential Skills: C#, .NET & WPF experience, experience of integrating new code into existing code base using git, Experience of independent UI Frameworks, continuous integration & DevOps mindset, ASPICE, EMF & UX knowledge is desirable

I am working with an industry-leading automotive software company, working on developing and evolving autonomous driving solutions such as over-the-air capability. Having won a new project, they are in need of multiple contractors with a background in web tools (C#).

As a Web Tools (C#) Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:

– Developing a state-of-the-art software architecture tool and apply cutting edge software engineering tools and methods

– Taking responsibility for platform independent development in C# and .NET, with a high focus on usability for a great UX

– Building CI-pipelines and infrastructure for tool development

– Coordinating requirements with stakeholders

Essential

– Good knowledge of C#, .NET, WPF

– Experience of integrating new code into an existing code base under git

– Experience of Platform independent UI Frameworks (e.g. Avalonia, DevExpress, NuGet)

– Knowledge of SW Architecture and Design

– Experience of Continuous Integration and a DevOps mindset

Desirable
– Knowledge of ASPICE, EMF (Eclipse Modelling Framework), UX
– Experience of different Operating Systems (Windows/Linux/MacOS)
– ROS experience
– Experience with distributed systems and high bandwidth networks
