The position is to be based in Cwmbran/Newport but possibility to work from home. 

Experience on system engineering is mandatory (use of MBSE tools, DFMEA,… ), product knowledge will very much appreciated, aerospace background for the understanding of the regulation would be good. 

The duration of the contract would be till the end of the year initially but could be extended further and potentially to a permanent position, to start in September/October and it will be within IR35.

System Engineer;

• Manage the requirements on engineering projects, ensuring they are fully documented and traceable in line with the Requirements Management Plan
• Capture & validate all stakeholder requirements
• Work closely with the whole engineering project team to ensure the validation & verification activities are completed on time to support the Master Engineering Reviews
• Provide status reports for requirements capture, compliance status, validation and verification
