As a Lead IT Enterprise Applications Functional Analyst you will be expert in one or more of the following SAP Modules (PP,MM,QM,LO,PDM,CS,SD,WM,PM,FI-CO,PS).

This exciting opportunity will allow you to operate as a subject matter expert whilst managing a team of SAP analysts within a global Aerospace and Defence company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage, motivate and develop the SAP Functional team, ensuring members effectively prioritise work and time to deliver solutions to incidents, problems, change requests and projects meeting Service Level Agreements
• Design, configuration and testing in relevant SAP Modules
• Lead projects from design to completion to achieve required business outputs
• Influence and negotiate with key project stakeholders, using data and analysis to support reasoning
• Obtain acceptance for all deliverables from the business
• Able to challenge / respond to challenges on process issues
  Provide support for data migration projects as and when required
• Understand the business data requirements and translate it into solution framework / architecture
• Work with business experts and technical resources to facilitate incident & problem resolution
• Guarantee tight deadlines will be met by planning and prioritising work efficiently
• Ensure effective communication with business and project stakeholders
• Coordinate the development of code elements and review
• Obtain acceptance for all deliverables from the business
• Ensure department procedures and guidelines are appropriately followed by team members
• Ensure adherence to internal and external standards for all solutions
