My client is on the hunt for a skilled Embedded C++ Linux Software Engineer to join a well-established leader in the professional broadcast space. With a varied background in embedded development, you will be expected to help bring to market the next generation of my client’s product platforms. With an increasing reliance on software processing in the video domain, your skills and experience will be critical in developing new algorithms and capabilities to embed into their products. 

You will be responsible for architecting and coding core functionality into professional broadcasting products. You will be involved at all phases of product lifecycle from concept, initial development, core design, readiness for market – driving out defects to bring products to market on time and on budget and later post launch support.

You should have an eye to the future – keeping yourself familiar with latest technical advances within your field so that new ideas are available to the business as required.
