About Me
Hi, I’m Andrew and I am a Principal Consultant here at RTRS. I’ve worked in recruitment for 13 years, and joined Evolution (RTRS parent company) as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant back in 2005. I have a degree in Physics and Astrophysics and prior to starting in recruitment, I worked in a very technical engineering role within the scientific instruments industry, and in technical and commercial roles within the IT sector.
I’ve worked my way up here through to Team Leader and now Principal Consultant seeing this business grow from about 10 people in a small office to around 150 staff in offices around the world.
I now specialise in working with some of our larger accounts recruiting a wide range of Engineering and non-Engineering roles.
